Eric arrived on time and immediately addressed the issue we called him about. We had recently purchased the home and had some other things that we asked him to look into while there, and he kindly did so. He gave us his recommendations on whether they were worth fixing or waiting. He ended up swapping out our water heater that same day for us, and did such a phenomenal job. He kept his work space clean and put everything back in its place. He even took the time to ease my concerns about the upcoming freeze and our old pipes. He is trustworthy, knowledgeable, and just a truly nice person. I highly recommend him! We plan on using him for any other plumbing needs that we may have in the future, including eventually replacing our old galvanized pipes with PEX. Eric did an incredible job on fixing the clog in my kitchen sink. The cost was very reasonable given the extent of the clog. He also advised on ways to avoid issues in the future with lots of good information I didn't know on how to deal with kitchen sinks and the garbage disposal.
